I love the idea behind Kinderpostzegels.  It is along the lines of what I am looking at to replicate for middle school students with Project Justice.

Kinderpostzegels believes that all children are entitled to develop their individual talents and abilities. They are one of the most vulnerable groups in society and sometimes need extra help and protection. With the support of Kinderpostzegels they are given the opportunity to grow up into balanced adults. For children to participate fully in society, now and later, it is important for them to play an active role in the planning and implementation of projects. That is why Kinderpostzegels supports and encourages their participation.
